Breakfast will consist of eggs cooked several different ways, fresh orange juice, coffee, toast, beans and handmade tortillas. Lunch depends on the program, if the hunters are just Duck hunting, we provide a box lunch in the blind (at 1:00 p.m.) that can be machaca burritos, jam sandwich or fried chicken. If you are Duck and Dove hunting, we provide lunch at the camp with Mexican food like tacos, tostadas, chili rellenos, etc.

Dinner usually consists of duck specialties prepared several different ways, fish, seafood, cabrito, asado sinaloense (typical local dish), Mexican "Antojitos,” etc. We also serve bottled water, purified ice, regular and diet coke, beer, etc. Dinner can be enjoyed at one of the two Palapas, or in the dinning room. We serve a traditional Mexican menu during your hunt.

Activities for the non-hunter at Patolandia

There is no problem if some hunters want to bring their spouses to Patolandia (see our fee for non hunters staying at Patolandia) or they can stay at the Hotel San Luis Linda Vista in Culiacan (45 minutes away). Patolandia can provide a bilingual guide (woman) to take them to several places in Culiacan like the local market, museums, restaurants, cathedral, etc. (extra fee required) If a spouse wants to hunt, our lodge is designed to accommodate couples in private rooms.

A light jacket is useful in the morning and during the airboat ride to the duck blind. Caps, hats, tennis shoes, sun glasses, duck calls (optional), insect repellent (Nov hunts), camera and plenty of film should be packed.
