RESPONSIBILITY: Global Sporting Safaris, Casper,
Wyoming., and its subsidiaries, affiliated or associated companies,
agents, sub-agents act only as agents for contractors or owners
and outfitters, airlines, railroads, ship-owners, charter air carriers
providing means of transportation or other services, and all tickets,
vouchers and contracts of such hotels, airlines, railroads, operators,
owners and contractors are issued subject to any and all tariffs,
terms and conditions under which such accommodations, means of
transportation or other services are offered or provided, and the
issuance and acceptance of any such tickets, vouchers and contracts
shall be deemed to be consent to further conditions:
- that neither Global Sporting Safaris, nor
any of its affiliated or associated companies, agents, sub-agents
shall be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection
with such hotels or lodges, means of transportation or other
services, or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect
to any person or property howsoever caused or arising;
- air carriers involved are not to be held responsible for any
act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard
their airplane: the passenger contract, or tickets in use by
the airlines, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract
between the airline, the purchaser of any of these Hunting/Fishing
trips and/or the passenger; the right is reserved to cancel any
Hunting/Fishing trip prior to departure, in which case full refund
will constitute full settlement to the passenger;
- baggage and personal effects, including items purchased, are
the sole responsibility of the owners at all times and no employee/agent
of Global Sporting Safaris, its subsidiaries,
affiliated or associated companies is authorized to accept these
for storage, safekeeping, or transportation.
GSS Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy: Global Sporting Safaris (GSS) requires
a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation 90 days or
longer before the scheduled trip date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable,
but may be applied to a new trip date no later than the end of
the following season or up to 1 year later. The 50% balance due
for "payment in full" is required no later than 60 days
prior to schedule trip arrival date. Global Sporting Safaris
(GSS) requires a deposit of "payment in full" to
secure a reservation less than 60 days before the scheduled trip.
The payment in full is also non-refundable, but may be applied
to a new trip date no later than the end of the following season
or up to 1 year later. A full refund is available only if a paid
replacement is provided for the person canceling. Receipt of deposit
and/or final payment by Global Sporting Safaris is acknowledgement
that registrant has read and accepts this cancellation/refund policy
and all responsibility clauses.
Travel Insurance: Hunting or fishing expeditions
will certainly offer you an exciting and rewarding experience.
Unfortunately, however, one undertaking such an adventure must
face the possibility that you or your companion(s) might be forced
to cancel your trip at the last moment due to illness, injury or
other emergency or sustain an unfortunate injury and require medical
services or worse, medical evacuation during your trip. Trip cancellation
and travel insurance can help protect you and your travel companions
from these unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances. We will send
you the application forms from a major, reliable insurer of traveling
hunters and anglers. Typically, the cost of an extensive program
is less than $65 per $1,000 of coverage. It is wise to always consult
with your personal health insurance provider before undertaking
any type of travel to determine what is covered in the event of
injury or illness during your travels.
